150 Days of Action: Celebrating Canada’s Milestone Anniversary

We are delighted today to announce a new program to commemorate Canada’s 150th birthday that encourages EventMobi employees (Mobiers) to give back to their communities. The 150 Days of Action program will provide 150 days for Mobiers to use to volunteer for the charitable organization(s) of their choice. They can request to use those days as individuals or in groups for a duration of anywhere from 1-3 days.

This program is incredibly aligned with our corporate values of helpfulness and empathy and for anyone who has spent time volunteering, the experience is just plain heartwarming. I couldn’t be more proud to be part of a company who encourages this level of giving back among its employees.

Part of what makes this program different that is that we intend to use every one of those 150 days. We are tracking our days used in a dashboard, and will be chronicling our experiences here on the EventMobi blog. We’re lucky to live in such a great country and to work in such an innovative and thriving sector.
